Shipping and Refund Policy
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form after receipt of the order.
We do our best to ship the products as soon as we got the order. The delivery of orders is performed by carrier Bpost or DPD, or in some specific cases by another carrier.
Honest Coffee delivers in the following countries during weekdays. Please note that we’re not making any money off of the shipping fees and we try to reduce them as much as possible, but unfortunately as a young startup we cannot absorb these yet. Thanks for understanding and supporting us!
Need an invoice?
If you buy coffee for a company and need an invoice, just fill in the company name + VAT number at checkout, and you will find your invoice automatically in the confirmation mail of your order.
Any visible damage to and/or qualitative deficiencies of an article or other deficiency in the delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to Honest Coffee.
We cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases. If you are not satisfied with our coffee, please contact us and we will get back to you with further information.
The risk due to loss or damage is transferred to the Customer at the time the goods have been physically received by the Customer (or a third party indicated by the Customer that is not the carrier).
